Victory Circle honors all races and genders of all wars. Focused on MIA/POW, KIA, Purple Heart, and Gold Star Families.

There are four sides to the square pedestal at the circle. One side for each of MIA/POW, KIA, Purple Heart, and Gold Star Families.

Each corner would have two flagpoles. For the six branches of the military, for POWs, and for First Responders.
