The New Orleans City Council violated Due Process by not allowing equal time to a Preservationist opposing the Mayor's concept to begin removing monuments in New Orleans the Mayor deems a nuisance.
Each Monument should be evaluated separately.

The City Council has not placed on the public agenda any future plans for the empty pedestals.
Only one contractor, Cuzan Services, bid the removal at $600,000.00 for 3 monuments, not including pedestals. There are 4 monuments. During Easter Week, rumor was the monuments were coming down on Holy Thursday, by Big Yellow.
The Advocate published an article on Liberty Monument on April 14th. Numerous errors have been noted.
